The Travis County Clerk’s Office in Texas needed a better way to present decades of court data to the public. Anchored Web Solutions helped bring that vision to life by transforming an outdated, ASP-based database system into a fully integrated web experience built in PHP and Joomla.
Previously, users accessed court records through a disconnected, legacy application. Anchored Web modernized this experience by building a seamless, on-site search interface for civil, probate, and misdemeanor court records—complete with form mapping, digital queries, and search filters that mirror official internal use. The result: millions of searchable court records accessible directly within the Travis County Clerk website.
The Clerk’s existing records system had deep functionality but was fragmented and inaccessible to users unfamiliar with legacy apps. The project required not just a redesign, but a full replatforming—converting data-driven ASP systems into a Joomla-powered experience while maintaining security, structure, and legal accuracy.
