A Haunting That Went Digital
When 5th Realm Haunted House needed a website and digital strategy to power their five-attraction Halloween event, they turned to Anchored Web Solutions. With a new name, new location, and a packed schedule, the Clovis-based haunt needed a full digital refresh—fast.
Anchored Web built the entire online ticketing experience, designed their promotional materials, and managed the seasonal ad strategy. The result was over 10,000 visitors to the site, thousands of tickets redeemed, and a performance that held its own in a year with major branding and operational shifts.

- Designed and distributed high-converting printed coupons and online deals
- Tracked visitor behavior using Google Analytics and conversion data
- Created a digital experience consistent with the haunt’s horror-driven brand
The Impact
Even With a New Brand, the Haunt Found Its Audience
Despite the short lead time and unfamiliar new brand, 5th Realm drew over 10,000 unique website visitors in October alone, with 54,000 total pageviews and 1,844 ticket redemptions. Though revenue came in below expectations, the site successfully launched a full eCommerce system from scratch and served as the digital foundation for a complicated multi-attraction venue.
Facebook emerged as the top referral source, and offline branding drove name-search traffic—proving that the campaign’s integrated approach paid off. In future years, 5th Realm could build on this infrastructure to increase ROI and customer retention.
